I ordered 2 Hard shell taco with white rice, chicken, cheese, Queso and Sour cream (both on the side). After eating them all around 6 I began feeling stomach pains throughout the day, not too severe but noticeable. After 8 o’clock The stomach pains began to increase and unbearable as well as cramping. Before going to bed I was violently ill and throwing up all night. The only explanation could be chipotle as it was the only thing I ate. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
