Lettuce Suspected in Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Leesburg Virginia

I had soft tacos with chicken, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce and became violently ill about 12 hours later. 24+ hours of simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea (several times an hour) and body chills and aches. I almost went to the ER because I couldn't keep down water but decided to wait the night and felt better in the morning.

I believe it may have been the lettuce that was contaminated because I am the only one out of our group of 4 that became ill, and I was also the only one to have lettuce on my meal. I am also immune compromised. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
