Had lunch yesterday 4/20/2016 roughly 12:45pm had a chicken bowl. Bowl had white rice, fajitas, hot salsa, lettuce, guacamole, and lettuce. Are my lunch at the location and went back to work. Didn't notice much aside from some diarrhea later in the day. Figured it was because of the salsa and didn't think much of it. Later that evening I had dinner with my family and felt fine. Roughly 1:00am in the morning was woken up with horrible stomach pain and very achy. Went to the bathroom and had serious aches and diarrhea. Tried going back to bed but tossed and turned all night long. Roughly 2:15am got up again and was throwing up. This happens through the night, slept maybe an hour or two. Was not able to go into work today and am still in bed as I write this today. I'm feeling better and hoping I will be ok by tomorrow. Still very achy with a fever and have had diarrhea all day long. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
