I got a bowl: half chicken, half steak, rice, queso, tomatoes, medium sauce, lettuce, shredded cheese, and the salad dressing. I ate it around 11:30am on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Around 4:30 pm that day, I started getting stomach pains and felt nauseous. Around 5, I went to the bathroom and that’s when the diarrhea began. Once I got home around 7, the diarrhea continued along with vomiting. Every 10 minuets I had a diarrhea spurt. Around 11:45pm it was the worse, I was vomiting and having diarrhea at the same time. Today, December 21st, I had a really bad headache when I woke up, but had no moments of diarrhea or vomiting. After taking some medicine the headache went away, however I at times still feel nauseous and my stomach feels weird. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
