February 9th, I guess a bowl from there consisting chicken, rice, salsa, lettuce and guacamole  Had the lunch there by myself. Had Crane’s tenders for dinner with my husband. In the night I had fever and shivering. Had terrible stomach cramps and nausea. The morning after vomited. Had on and off fevers and cramps. Visited dr and the COVID and flu tests were nagative. Feeling better but light headed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Vomiting, Other, Fatigue, Lightheaded
