Went after the Gym like usual, i never get guac but i had a free one so i choose guac, chicken, brown rice, black beans, mild, hot, corn, cheese. About 2-3 hours later i felt a little sick, but then that night around 2am i could not sleep, the time became 4 and i was very nauseous and dehydrated my stomach was in pain and had a headache. I felt like my throat and stomach were on fire. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Dehydration, Headache, Stomach Pain
