I had a chicken bowl, with almost everything, including Guacamole. The bowl tasted horrible for some reason and I lost appetite half way through the bowl. It was overally salty and the meat was cold. I never had this issue because I was actually craving chipotle earlier today. I went to bed maybe 1 hour later, and woke up with a stomach cramp. I ran to the bathroom and threw up so much. I tried to down some chips because I was running on an empty stomach but I threw all of that up too. Now I'm reporting this on my bed, the same day of impact, with immense chills, fevers and stomach pain. If this goes on for another day, I'll be seeing a doctor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Cramps
