Had a chicken bowl with the same ingredients as my sister but she had sour cream and guacamole. 4 hours later she's sick as a dog with stuff coming out both ends. it was sour cream or guacamole, Aug 31, 1pm was our meal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
