Ate a bowl with black beans, brown rice, chicken and some other Ornaments, went home and lower left side of abdomen felt extremely swollen. After exercise it got repeatedly worse. I couldn’t find a position where I could sleep, woke up @2am and had severe stomach pain, vomited 4 times and the bowl came out and the vomit was dark. Couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. Will have to go to urgent care | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
