Had barbacoa burrito with brown beans white rice salsa tomato. Also a cheese quesadilla. Was completely incapacitated with food poisoning symptoms and couldn't get out of bed without throwing up. My family did not eat chipotle with me and we ate the same meals the rest of the day. One of the worst food poisings I have had. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
