We ordered on 9/4/20 a chicken burrito, three beef tacos, and a rice bowl. The burrito had no lettuce nor did the rice bowl. Within hours I had diarrhea and felt ill. My wife became ill a day later and more severe (headaches, abdominal cramps, fever, nausea) at this writing (9/11/20) she is still ill but recovering. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Headache
