Taco Meal Triggers Nausea - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Lake Havasu City Arizona

I ate around 430 in the afternoon and I had the Carne Asada tacos with brown rice, pico de gallo, red hot sauce, and shredded cheese, with a side of guacamole. A couple of hours later a headache set in and got progressively worse over the next six hours and I started feeling nauseous about 4 hours after eating. I am very active and very aware of how my body reacts to what I give it and I can tell with absolutely certainty that the food I ate was prepared improperly somehow and is the reason why I am feeling sick from my head to my stomach. I know I would be vomiting if I wasn’t strong willed but I am almost positive I'm going to vomit in minutes after writing this. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Headache
