On Sunday night, I ordered a burrito with limited quantities of everything that follows: black beans, brown rice, tomatoes, onions, avocado and cheese. At 5am, I started to have nausea. At 7 am, went to the bathroom with a severe diarrhea. And all day long on Monday memorial day, a huge Nausea, feeling cold with fever. Today, the following Tuesday, Nausea is gone, but still cannot eat, and have a stomach pain. Feel that something is wrong. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
