Halloween night they were selling the burritos 3 dollars if you were in costume. They had ran out of the big tortillas so they told me I had to get a bowl. I asked for white rice , black beans, then double chicken. They didn't have anymore chicken out and the worker had to turn around and ask his coworker to hurry up and cut me some. I had to remind him double chicken and he turned around again with my plate. 4 o'clock the next morning I got up and was very weak and nauseous. I went to the bathroom and I had diarrhea and vomit that resembled the black beans and black bean sauce ok too of a bunch on beans themselves. My body just hurt all over and seems to be sensitive to light and noise and it makes me more nauseous. I developed a fever and call my doctor and told her the symptoms and she said it was most likely food poisoning and I need to go on a liquid diet and make sure I don't get dehydrated. I just really wanted to take some medicine that would help in every area of my body but I could barely hold water down. Once I threw up all of what looked like my whole chipotle meal there was a little bleeeding and it felt like I need to keep throwing up but hurt because it was nothing left. Later I found out that it was still more. The next morning i feel really sore and have the same migraine that pains the back of my head and neck and my temples. I'm.
