Chicken Bowl Illness Symptoms - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cranberry Township Pennsylvania

This restaurant  Ate a chicken bowl with black beans, white rice, tomatoes, corn, and cheese at approximately 4:00 pm Saturday afternoon. Began feeling nauseous around 8:00 pm. By 10:00 pm I experienced full vomiting, diarrhea, and chills. When vomiting, all that was eaten there came out. Woke up dehydrated and extremely weak next day. Vomiting and diarrhea continued but to a lesser extent. Symptoms subsided following day, but still unable to eat and very weak.
