I had a white rice, barbacoa, corn salad, hot sauce, and cheese bowl to go. I ate around 4 pm (first meal of the day) and was in the bathroom from 8 pm to 4 am with severe stomach pain, vomitting, and diahrrea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
