I ate at chipotle right before work at about 3:00 p.m. I had a chicken and chorizo Bowl. I went into work and had some coffee. During the middle of my shift I started to get a light headache and stomachache. I began to feel bloated and get cramps in my stomach at about 8:00 p.m. I thought it was the cream in my coffee because I am lactose sensitive but this was worse than what I am used to and I started to feel like I was going to vomit. I got off at 11:00 p.m and that's when I really felt terrible. I was on the way home and could feel the food coming up into my throats and have a huge headache. I'm burping and trying to hold it down until I got home. As soon as I got home I threw up outside in my lawn and could feel my stomach pumping out all of that chipotle that I had ate. It was disgusting and now I have chills and feel very weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain, Soreness, Bloating, Burping
