Had food on Sat at Chipotle, then had stomach pain and cramps and diarrhea for 2 days after. Also the next day my son had a headache and vomiting! I didnt think it was the food until I saw a report that some one else got sick too! I had so many ingredients it would be hard to pin down but he had chicken cheese and black beans with taco shells and chips. The only thing we both had was black beans, cheese I did taste his chicken and he had some of my lettuce also we shared a drink the mandaran aqua fresca. It was a different location than the other poster, so maybe the source is from the distributor possably? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Vomiting, Headache
