I ate at Chipotle for lunch Saturday 106 around 130 pm and Sunday at 1230100 am I became extremely ill. I was woken up by extreme back pain and discomfort in combination with nausea and stomach pains. I woke up every half hour - 45 minutes with diarrhea or vomiting. All day on Sunday I was in extreme pain with stomach cramps and nasuea. I slept almost all day but also had cold sweats and chills periodically. Today Monday I am feeling better but havent been able to keep much food down and my stomach is still crampinguncomfortable. My friend who ate with me at chipotle had the same symptoms. We narrowed our common ingredients down to hot salsa corn salsa black beans and sour cream. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain
