On July 27, 2017, I ate a carnitas salad from Chipotle. It had lettuce, black beans, carnitas and rice on it with an orangish dressing. That night I started having horrible stomach cramps, and extreme nausea didn't want to eat anything after that. The next day I had a fever and chills all day and horrible diarrhea.
It was delivered to our work, and I'm not the only one who was sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Chills
