I went to dinner last night at about 7. My party had 9 people in it and no one else got sick. I was the only one who ate the pork carnitas and sour cream. I started cramping badly around 10:30, feeling a car sick nauseous feeling. Then I threw up about 11:30 and about every hour until at about 4, still bad cramping but with dry heaves. Every time my stomach cramped, my body poured out sweat from every pore. I got so weak that I couldn’t sit at the toilet or walk back to my bed so i laid on the bathroom floor for three hours. I was afraid I was going to pass out from dehydration. My husband gave me Gatorade and I sipped about a teaspoon and then fell asleep on the floor. I woke up at 7 and walked back to bed and slept two hours. I woke up feeling alive again but very weak. Then the diarrhea began. It’s been 10 hours and I think I’m going to be ok. I reported it to the restaurant and the county for food safety. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps, Weakness, Sweating
