TUES 18APRIL17At 7:35pm my family and I ordered dinnerand ate at your Doylestown, Pa location. I ordered a chicken burrito, with black beans, mozzarella chesse, and mild salsa. None of my family member ordered chicken. We returned home and by 9pm, an hour and a half later I started to have cramps. The cramps lasted for hours and then I developed nausea. By 2am I began vomitting. From 2am until 7am I vomitted
at least 6 or 7 times. By then I suffered from severe abdominal pain which lasted though the whole day. That day already being Wed. 19th April, I was so dehydrated, and slept on and off thoughtout the entire date. Not having an appetite, partly due to a very sore stomach and lack of a good night sleep I only managed to eat 2 -3 Teaspoons of apple sauce, some Gatorade, and a few spoonfuls of brown rice. The next day Thrs. 20April my husband drive me to the Doylestown Hospital ER at the suggestion of my primary doctor. The ER doctor , Dr evaluted me by ordering blood tests and a CT Scan to rule out other major illnesses. His conclusion was that I must have suffered from food poisoning since I was sick within 4-6 hours after eating at Chipotle. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Soreness
