This incident was in December 2011. I remember it very vividly as I was 7 months pregnant with my son. I went on my lunch break to chipotle and ordered myself a chicken burrito no beans white rice tomato lettuce cheese and sour cream and asked them to mix it up, this was probably about 12 in the afternoon. All of a sudden it was around 5 pm i started feeling a very upset stomach, I used the bathroom and had diarhea, i had this go on every 15 minutes for the next 2 hours, then i began vomitting, i wasnt holding anything down began running a fever. It got so bad to the point where i had to stay on my bed and sit on towels because i had diarhea sooo bad that it was litterally leaking out of me. I ended up in the hospital where they kept me almost 36 hours with iv fluids and testing to make sure my unborn son was ok. Finally i was better and i called the establishment to let them know what happened and that they could have killed my son. I was later contacted from the head of the establishment and was offered a year free of chipotle and i told them i will NEVER eat at these restrarants ever again they almost killed my son. I had also contacted the health inspectors too. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
