I had the chicken burrito salad bowl: chicken, 1/2 amount white rice, grilled veggies, lettuce, pick, medium salsa, small amount (2TBSP) cheese.Felt a little sick about 30min after eating half of it. Didn’t think much of it since I ate it quickly and it was my first meal of the day.
About 5 hours later, violent vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and then feverish in the middle of the morning. It’s been 36 hours and still having diarrhea.
I haven’t eaten chipotle in years, I won’t be back! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
