Tofu Burrito Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Roseville California

Got a sofritas (tofu) burrito with pinto beans, white rice, pico de gallo, cheese, romaine, and guacamole at 1:45pm. By 4pm I was feeling pretty bad with a stomach ache. By 7pm I knew this was serious and I couldn't even eat dinner, which never happens for me. Around 9pm I started alternating between the getting the chills and getting hot. I tried to sleep and woke up about every 45 minutes for a few hours. I moved to the couch around 1am to save my wife because I knew there was no end in sight, then I got a full body sweat at 3:30am and vomited. I felt a little better after that but was exhausted for the entire following day and stayed in bed, missed work, and had some flare ups. I went back to work two days later but things are still not right. I notified the restaurant and they said someone from the corporate office would call but that hasn't happened yet. I'm pretty sure Chipotle was the cause since today I ate the exact same breakfast I ate on the day I got the Chipotle burrito and feel fine and the only other thing I had on the incident day was water and coffee. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
