I ate at Chipotle in Methuen on April 29, 2018. I got my usual-burrito with chicken, corn, sour cream, cheese and guacamole! Around 2 hours later I started to get a very bad stomach ache..and then starting to get chills then started sweating very badly..the whole 9 yards followed after! I’m a frequent visitor and this is very dissapointing-can’t even think about eating it ever again sadly! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain
