Steak Burrito with brown rice, lettuce, & guacamole. 2 days later stomach pain with vomiting, diarrhea, chills. Unable to do much activity. Can't keep food down. I will never eat from any Chipotle again, doesn't matter what part of the country it is. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
