Salad Illness: Lettuce Suspected - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Waco Texas

I ordered my first salad from there yesterday 5/24/2017 at 2:30 pm from Chipotle.. This was the only thing I had to eat yesterday.. other than my morning shakeology shake..and at 630 pm I started throwing up... which lasted until about midnight, I could not hold anything down.. had chills, nausea, dizziness, even a headache... And today I am still feeling horrible.. I have not thrown up yet today though, it is now noon.. But I am feeling dizzy, lightheaded and weak... stomach feels uneasy still. On my salad I had chicken, pico, corn and cheese and their Salad dressing. My boyfriend had a bowl, and had Pico and the chicken, but no lettuce. Guessing it was from the salad lettuce being contaminated from what I have read that is what it has to be. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Dizziness, Chills, Lightheaded
