2 days ago at a chipotle in Denver A chicken and rice bowl with red salsa sauce and sour cream I ate the chipotle burrito bowl for my lunch while on my break and immediately afterwards I was sweating bullets at work and felt like I was going to puke. I threw up at work 4 hours after eating chipotle and was sent home. While home I had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea all night. The next morning I was puking and had diarrhea and was nauseous at work. It is now day 3 and I am continuing to constantly be in the bathroom from either diarrhea or puking. I called out today and will be going to the hospital if this persists. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Sweating, Vomiting, Nausea

This should be reported, even me myself got horrible chills, fever, nausea from eating at chipotle. It was so bad I had to stay at home for 2 days because i was so sick and drained from all the energy it took out of me.
