Got take out on Wednesday. A chicken rice bowl w/beans salsa & cheese. I only ate half of it ! 5 hours later I woke up out of my sleep with stomach pains. Immediately I had diarrhea and threw up right after that. My boyfriend got a steak quesadilla and also had diarrhea but the next morning. Horrible! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
