I contracted food poisoning from my chicken burrito order at chipotle in Bedford last night. Had no other food that day besides breakfast 10 hours before, order was a double tortilla wrapped chicken burrito with white rice, no beans with just lettuce and cheese. Ate the burrito, 30 minutes later I lost all energy out of nowhere and began having hot flashes, then cold flashes. Drank a full bottle of water and sipped a Gatorade to try to pass it. Stomach ache and fever was starting, drank the coke from my meal and got some energy back. Drove 10 minutes to a friends house and within 30 minutes of arrival, the hot and cold flashes started again with dizziness, lack of equilibrium and tingling in my arms and hands. Then my first vomit session hit me quickly thereafter, puked up straight chicken the first few minutes. Seemed to be over with for another 20 or so, got cleaned up and then proceeded to projectile vomit every piece of that burrito straight up from 11pm last night till 3am this morning in my friends bathroom on the floor. Like I said, the entire burrito came up which was quite the nasty and painful experience. After the burrito was out, 20 minutes later I was feeling good again, briefly slept it off to control more fits of nausea and am now going to bed here 8 hours later with a lingering stomach cramp and discomfort. Chicken almost tasted funny while eating, thought nothing of it but boy was I wrong. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dizziness
