Yesterday: Within two hours of eating, I was nauseated and spent the next 6 hours having severe diarrhea. I had consumed another food item from home so I thought it was that food. I kept the remaining chipotle for lunch today. Today: Only ate two bites and now I’m curled up with severe stomach cramps. Vomiting started shortly thereafter. Definitely the Chipotle. I had a chicken bowl with black beans, mild salsa, corn salsa, and cheese. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Cramps
