On 5/19/2024 I Ordered a bowl with brown rice, chicken, mild salsa, and corn. After eating my meal about 6-7 hours later I started having a very unsettling feeling in my stomach like I had to throw up, feeling nauseous. About 1am on 5/20/2024 I had to get up and go practically hug my toilet dry heaving having the worst stomach pains, but nothing was coming up. Then decided to take a warm shower to kinda help me relax and mid shower threw up every single piece I ate from my meal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
