Salsa Suspected, Stomach Sick - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Vancouver Washington

Last two days, Feb 15 and 16 th. First night I thought it was the red bell pepper on my veggie bowl. I don't usually eat them. I had some leftover salsa I brought home with me and ate it the next day with some chips I had at home. Last night once again I had stomach pain and diarrhea in the middle of the night just like the night before. I'm thinking it must be the salsa. I had leftovers of all three kinds so not sure which one was the culprit. I don't usually have any problems with my stomach so I'm pretty sure chipotle was the cause. It was the first time I've ever eaten there. The food tasted fine and I actually enjoyed it, thought I would like to go back again sometime. Not sure now if I will, maybe different location if I do.
