Went to chipotle. My friend ordered a salad there (no meat) lettuce , beans , salad , cheese , pico, brown rice. Always good experiences except my best friend an hour after picking up tonight 1/1/19 around 7:45 started around 1.5 hours after puking and heavily sweating / dripping , and a fever and is now quickly going to bed. Drank only Powerade with her meal and hasn’t eaten since this morning with the same food I had. I did not eat the chipotle and have no problems. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
