Ordered and ate an hour ago at 1038 S Mill Ave Tempe, AZ 85281location... 1/2 Barbacoa and half steak bowl with white rice, cheese, hot salsa.. I noticed the Barbadoa was not able to be chewed--had to spit it out..I'm now having horrible stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
