Ate at Chipotle on Friday, July 14 around 1:45 PM. Became ill July 15 in the afternoon with sweating, dizziness, followed by 12 hours of vomiting and diarrhea. Still have diarrhea on July 18. I ate burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, chicken, sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce.
