I had a burrito bowl with chicken, rice, mild salsa, cheese and lettuce. A couple couple later I started feeling nauseous. Around 4 hours later I was vomiting. I couldn't even keep liquids down. The cramps were so bad I couldn't stand up at one point. Then diarrhea and cramp continued through night. 12 hours later, I still feel no better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
