Ate at Chipotle Gainesville VA on 10/4/2016 around 3 pm. Had sofritas bowl w/ brown rice, added veggies, and then everything on top except for the hottest salsa. Also got a cup for soda. Nausea started around 8 pm, diarrhea several hours later, and then vomiting around 5 am. Nausea and diarrhea continued for several more hours, but no more vomiting after the 5 am episode. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
