My mom bought a chicken bowl 6/8/2022 and she threw up from it. She got a mix of the black and pinto beans and they looked old (had to have the guy stir them up) and the lettuce was brown even though she bought it when they first opened. She never has had that happened before, but she will never return. Also she got in touch with restaurant. They want to "talk" to her instead of answering any questions over email so there's a record of the incident. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
