On late Saturday afternoon I ate barbacoa tacos with rice, sour cream, lettuce, chips and queso. Went to bed that evening feeling bloated. Woke up Sunday morning with the big D. Had the big D all day long, culminating in some unreal vomiting Sunday night. Missed work. Thanks, Chipotle. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
