Chicken Bowl Illness Report - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Joliet Illinois

On Wednesday, March 20th, I stopped at Chipotle for take out dinner. When I arrived home, I ate a chicken bowl with white rice, a few pinto beans, cheese and lettuce only. At approximately 1am on the morning of Thursday, March 21st, I awoke with cramping and severe nausea. I vomited violently throughout the night until the symptoms finally ceased at about 9am. I am fortunate that I work in healthcare and knew how to care for myself so I didn't end up in the hospital. It is Friday now and I still have a little diarrhea.
I will NEVER eat at Chipotle again and will tell everyone I know not to eat there either. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
