I had the steak burrito bowl. cheese mild salsa and corn. Within 5-6 hours of eating it I had sudden onset of nausea and threw up over 20 times in the next 12 hours. I have a fever of 101 body aches and diarrhea. I could not keep down even sips of water. I will never eat at another chipotle again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Body Ache
