I have always Been a chipotle connoisseur until now. On 4/19 I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, veggies, pico,sour cream, cheese and guac. Only meal of the day. 6 hours later began getting the chills, fever followed by.terrible gas pain, diarrhea and vo.iting for 24 hours. 3 months ago I had a similar incident at.this same.chipotle but much milder and at.the time didn't think anything of it. Now I am sure this happened that time as well. I am a generally very healthy person and never get sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Chills
