I ate chipotle fajita bowl yesterday with medium salsa, tomatoes, corn, cream, cheese. I woke up 7am in the morning with severe watery diarrhea nausea, then vomiting followed by another diarrhea episode. I feel feverish and have chills. My head hurts and I feel so sick. I had a intuition not to eat there but ignored it. Never again eating chipotle. Should I call the restaurant and tell them? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
