I hate a chicken bowl with fajitas, tomatoes, corn, sour cream, guac, and hot sauce this past Sunday at around 6pm. At around 10pm, I started feeling ill and at around 11:15pm, I thew up for the first time. I then threw two more times in large amounts. The next morning I went to the ER due to the stomach pains. I had to stay home for 3 days and today is my first day back to work. The doc at the ER said it could either be a stomach virus or food poison. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
