For Lunch: Burrito bowl with rice, mild salsa, back beans, corn salsa, carnitas and guacamole.

Got this on Thursday and finally am feeling normal/able to hold down rice today. Threw up 8 times Thursday into Friday, with it "coming out both ends". I have never experienced something so horrible in my life. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
