Hello. I work at a restaurant near the Columbia Mall and went to the mall food court for lunch. I stopped at Chipotle and got a salad bowl with a little rice, chicken, salsa, corn and cheese. (I have had chipotle numerous times and only have issues when I get the spicy salsa. I have had this exact same salad before from a different location) I ate the salad around 2:30pm. In the middle of the night I started experiencing stomach pain. Very bubbly, acidic feeling. Very uncomfortable and nauseous. Vomiting occurred and serious diarrhea. I know it was the chipotle because I did not eat anything for the rest of the day yesterday after the salad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
