- comments: observed no hot water (68. 6f) at hand washing sink in girls lower-level washroom. Instructed manager to provide 100f-120f water at hand washing sink. Prioirty 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed timed faucets not functioning properly in girls and boys washrooms. Water must run continuosly for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed chipped paint on shelving units in dry food storage and utensil storage areas. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed 2-compartment sink backing up in lunchroom staff washroom. Observed no running water at left hand washing sink in lower-level girls washroom, no hot water at right sink in girls second floor washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
