Inspectors found significant food safety violations during the inspection. They observed more than 20 live small flies throughout the food preparation and food court area, and a citation was issued. Inspectors also found that the required inspection summary report from the previous inspection was not posted where the public could see it, and a citation was issued for that item as well.

Additional issues included grease spills inside cooking fryers, grease and food spills on floors under and behind cooking equipment, and buildup near the baseboard and wall by the fryers.
